The usage and meaning of the term varies: In English, "Scandinavia" is normally applied collectively to Norway, Sweden and Denmark, but the term is sometimes extended to include Finland, Iceland and the Faroe Islands.[2] In Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden: Finland and Iceland are not always regarded as a part of Scandinavia.
